Older versions of iCloud (version 4.1 and previous) have some compatibility issues with Windows 10 and sadly also affects Outlook functionality. I also no longer have the iCloud buttons on the Ribbon to Refresh, see any Notifications or Share Calendar. The information store could not be opened. When I try to open my Contacts or Calendar folder, I now get the error: This all worked without any issues until I upgraded to Windows 10. That it must be an issue with the way I've set up Outlook, and are unwilling/incapable of helping.I’m using iCloud with Outlook to synch my Contacts and Calendar with my iPhone and iPad. If I login to, all emails are showing in the sent items there. Sending and receiving emails works fine on both devices, the issue is the syncing of sent items between the two devices. Please would someone help me? I've had my iCloud email address for years and fear Apple keep telling me that it must be an issue with the way I've set up Outlook, and are unwilling/incapable of helping. If I login to iCloud, all emails are showing in the sent items there. Likewise, if I send an email to myself called "from PC" from my PC, then I will receive it on both my iPhone and my PC, however it will only show in the sent items of my PC.
